13. Consideration of a Neighbourhood Plan – update
Report from clerk after liaison with clerks at Ludgvan, Perranuthno, Marazion and James Hardy, Cornwall Council Community Liaison Officer.
14. Parc Abnac Allotments – update
Report from clerk after liaison and advice from Coodes Solicitors re overage
provisions with extra costs and refusal by Cornwall Council to our request for a
restricted covenant. Advice from other clerks regarding rents, contracts and
inspections. To consider appointment of councillor(s) to work with clerk in relation to
allotments matters.
