Applications (available for inspection from 7pm)
To consider recommendations to all planning applications received by this Council prior to this meeting, including –
PA15/05680 – retrospective planning application for conversion of attached garage,
store and utility to bedroom with en-suite shower room and larger utility room at The
Curlews, Gulval
PA15/06022 – felling of macrocarpus fir tree at The Old Vicarage, Church Road,
Madron (urgent) – decided not to make a TPO. Application was circulated to
councillors by email due to urgency and councillors replying supported the felling.

To consider cutting path 32/3 at a cost of £60.00, due to a complaint from public, to
be paid for by Madron Parish Council as Cornwall Council declines to pay.
