Applications (available for inspection from 7pm)
To consider recommendations to all planning applications received by this Council prior to this meeting, including –
PA14/10227 – to erect new barn which will join existing barn at rear. Barn will be an
exact replica of existing barn which measures 10.8m x 10.2m and covers 110.16 m2
Total height will match existing barn at 3.8m at Aboret, New Mill.

PA14/10912 – temporary permission for the retention of static caravan for use as an
agricultural worker’s dwelling at Slight Hill, Heamoor.
Results
PA14/08893 – two storey extension to provide annexed accommodation for a family
member at Mill Vale, Newbridge – approved
PA14/09361 – retrospective application for an agricultural shed at Rosemorron Farm,
Gulval – approved
PA14/10317 – erection of a building for storage of bales of hay and farm machinery
at Boswarthen Farm, Newbridge – prior approval not required.
