Madron Parish Council is not operating under normal circumstances, due to Government advice no Parish council meetings are currently being held in person. The June meeting will take place as a virtual online meeting.

Therefore the council has had to pass a resolution for delegated power decision making. It is a statutory requirement that a register is kept for every decision authorised by the Clerk under the Emergency Delegation and that it is updated regularly on the website. The following are decisions that have been taken by the Clerk as Proper Officer of the council under the Emergency Scheme of Delegation as a result of the Coronavirus Bill 2020 and associated Government Restrictions.
